We are honored to welcome you to the Resiliency Rising Scholarship Foundation. This scholarship foundation was created in honor of Douglas John Kantor, a remarkable young man whose journey was tragically cut short. This scholarship exists to carry forward Doug’s legacy by supporting students who, like him, are determined to make a meaningful difference in their communities and the world. It is our hope that every recipient not only remembers Doug’s story but also feels empowered to continue it through hard work, heart, and a relentless pursuit of their dreams.
